Disclaimers - a short article about neutrality and objectivity

True neutrality and objectivity are impossible to fully achieve - everyone and every source is shaped by perspectives, experiences, and assumptions.

This is true for us as well, even in our efforts to promote critical thinking amongst youth. Our fundamental belief that everyone, and especially youth, should have the tools to properly question everything and use logic when engaging with media, is not neutral nor objective - it is truly representative of our worldview.
 

However, what we can do is develop a strong toolset for evaluating information logically and thoughtfully, which is the goal of this website and our project more largely. 

By sharpening our critical thinking skills, we can better engage with the world around us, question biases, and make informed decisions based on reason, moral and logic rather than influence.
